Eventifyme is a free event planner for Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC: tell us your budget and guest count and see what it really buys, with local vendors and real prices.

What we do

Eventifyme answers the first question every host has: what will this party actually cost? Put in your budget, guest count and area, and we build a plan from local venues, caterers, decorators and rental companies across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC - with their price ranges, not a sales call.

Who it is for

Families planning birthdays, weddings, graduations and baby showers; hosts of Eid, Diwali, Navratri, Lunar New Year, Christmas and every other celebration; and the small local businesses - many of them run from Instagram or WhatsApp - who serve them.

How we make money

Planning is free and we never take a commission on anything you book. We do not handle payments between you and a vendor. In future, vendors may be able to pay for a clearly labeled featured spot; that will never change how anyone is matched on merit.

Where the listings come from

Some businesses list themselves. Others we added from public information - their own website, county and chamber directories - so hosts can find them. Those are marked unclaimed until the owner verifies them, and prices on unclaimed listings are our estimates. Any business can claim its listing or ask us to remove it.
