What a business listed on Eventifyme can expect from us: no commission, no lead resale, no contract, and removal on request the same day.

One vendor, one enquiry

Your message goes to the one business you picked — never copied to their competitors, never sold on as a lead. When an organizer contacts you through Eventifyme, that enquiry is yours. We do not send the same enquiry to three of your competitors and let you race each other to the bottom, and we do not sell enquiries to anyone.

No commission, ever

We take no cut of anything you book. We never handle money between you and a client - you invoice them directly, on your terms, at the price the two of you agree. We do not see it and we do not touch it.

Free is the whole product

Being listed is free. Being found is free. Receiving enquiries is free. There is no tier you have to buy in order to appear, and paying us can never move you above a business that fits an organizer better.

If we ever charge you, it is month to month

The only thing we may ever charge for is a clearly labeled featured placement. It would be billed monthly, never a year up front, and cancelling would take one click in the billing portal and stop it at the end of the month you have already paid for. No phone call, no retention email, no notice period. This is not yet available to buy.

Your listing, your call

If we added your listing from public information, it is marked unclaimed and its prices are our estimates, not yours. Claim it and you set everything. Ask us to take it down and it is gone the same day - no form, no reason required. Write to admin@eventifyme.com.

What we ask of you

Only that the details you publish are true, that you answer the people who contact you, and that you tell us if you stop serving an area so we stop sending you enquiries from it.

If we break this
