Terms of Use

The rules for using Eventifyme, for event hosts and for businesses listed on it.

What Eventifyme is

Eventifyme is a free planning and discovery tool operated by AZS LLC. It helps you estimate costs and find local businesses. It is not a booking agent, broker or party to any agreement between you and a vendor.

Prices are estimates

Prices shown are ranges. Some come from the business itself; others are our estimates from public information and are labeled that way. The price you actually pay is whatever you agree with the vendor. Always confirm price, availability, insurance and terms directly with them before you pay anything.

No payments through us

We do not take bookings, deposits or payments between hosts and vendors, and we never take a commission. Any money you pay a vendor is between you and that vendor.

If you list a business

You confirm you are authorized to represent the business, that what you publish is accurate, and that you have the rights to any photos or text you add. New listings and some claims are reviewed before they appear. We may edit, pause or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or break these terms. Listing is free; any optional paid feature will be clearly offered and priced before you buy it.

Fair use

Do not use Eventifyme to send spam, harvest contact details, impersonate a business, post unlawful content, or overload or probe the service. We may block access that does.

No warranty

Eventifyme is provided "as is". We work hard to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee any vendor's availability, quality, prices or conduct.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, AZS LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a vendor or host you found through Eventifyme, or for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to $100.
